Amazing Value for money

I have been in the trade many many years and I am on the last journey now, probably 5 years left. You are never too old to learn and I have really enjoyed this book. It makes perfect sense and will be a brilliant added tool to my business. I am really looking forward to implementing the information and I know that I shall give my local competition a run for their money. But the great thing about this book is it makes you think and I will be able to implement the same techniques in other sectors of my business. Those that are prepared to invest the time with this book will see beneficial results for sure. Best money I have spent in a long time.

What can I say

Order book on kindle Iv just flick though it and I can honestly say by just flicking few it reading for 30 minutes in bath it gave me Ideas and where I’m going wrong in my business has of Sunday 28th of February I’m going to start from beginning of this book from chapter to chapter start Implement ideas and advise it give me I would really recommend it written by some you can truly relate to

This book has lots of information to amend my current quotes in order to give the client more information and look more professional. The price of this book is minimal when you are quoting for a boiler replacement which could bring a few thousand pounds into your business. Going to start implementing this straight away.

A help to any business

A great read, the book is well written and has lots of good examples of how to win business based on branding and trust rather than being the cheapest guy in town. This book would suit any trades person not just Plumbing and heating

Easy to read, great examples, full of expert knowledge.

Last year, I had several boiler quotes and settled with the cheapest as funds were tight. Since the plumber fitted the new boiler, the company has ceased trading, and the shoddy work meant the guarantee did not cover the boiler when it failed to provide hot water after a few months. The repairs cost a further few thousand pounds. If I had read Aaron McLeish’s brilliant book before I accepted the quote, I would have understood the difference between the companies’ services. The dodgy plumber spent half a day in the attic drilling through the outside wall to reach a water pipe, which he understood to be a gas pipe! I raise my hands to the author for providing the industry with his inside knowledge in a clear, authentic, and humorous way. And for giving prospective customers an insight into legitimate plumbers. Well worth the read, I would recommend The Quote Handbook to anyone working in the plumbing industry or anyone considering hiring a plumber to install a boiler.

An absolutely awesome book that goes through immense detail how to price correctly in your business. This will enable all plumbing and heating engineers as well as other businesses to maximise and correctly price their jobs. I truly believe by reading this I will be able to implement many ideas and increase my pricing considerably as well. A well developed drawing upon many sources including the psychology of pricing, the psychology of customers and many different ways that plumbers and heating specialists can charge correctly and increase income and profits. I wish this was written 15 years ago, I think I might have retired by now! This is literally the blueprint for setting up and running a successful plumbing and heating business. As plumbers and heating engineers our skillset isn’t business, it’s sorting plumbing and heating problems for everything else, this book covers it all; SOP’s, KPI’s, business structure, software, PO’s, stock management, margins, pricing, quotes, marketing, HR, recruitment, contracts etc. etc. It’s all the stuff that’s vital to running a P&H business but the stuff that none of us have been taught and have had to learn the hard way. This book is a fast-track to getting your business heading in the right direction, just buy this book and follow it to the letter. My only hope is that you’re not in my area 😉
